NUSYC is now able to offer Royal Yachting Association accredited courses to our members. They allow complete beginners to quickly learn how to sail, are internationally recognised and are taught by our own instructors who are all students. Because we use our own instructors, we can offer a much lower price than many commercial centres!

RYA Level One: Basic skills and theory are taught to enable the sport of sailing to be enjoyed. A gentle introduction. 

RYA Level Two: More advanced skills are covered, with an emphasis on improving the level one skill set.

All courses are taught by fully qualified
instructors and wet-suits/life-jackets are
available to hire for free.
