With over 100 members, we strive to give each person a unique and special experience while at the University. Weekly socials, excellent training facilities and friendly members are the key to our success.
We teach beginners how to sail in both dinghies and on our yacht.
We also have a successful Sailing team who compete all over the country in dinghies and yachts. Members also get the opportunity to sign up for our club yachting holiday in Croatia/Corfu each year.
You must have relevant dinghy/yachting racing experience to try out for the teams, but if you're new then bring along some spare clothes, wreckable shoes and any sailing kit you may already have. If you are new to the club, please visit our Freshers page for more information about the club and how to join.
